How quickly will I get a reply? +
We aim to respond to every email within 24–48 hours. Bug reports and accuracy issues are typically prioritised and answered faster, especially if you include clear reproduction steps.
I found incorrect data in a tool — what should I do? +
Email us with the tool name, the exact input you used (e.g. the IP address or domain), and what result you expected versus what you saw. Remember that geolocation, WHOIS and blacklist data come from third-party sources and can occasionally be outdated — we'll investigate and, where possible, flag or fix the discrepancy.
Can I request a new tool? +
Absolutely — community requests have shaped most of our roadmap. Select "New Tool Suggestion" in the form above and describe what the tool should do and why it would be useful.
Do you offer an API or bulk access? +
Not currently. All tools are designed for interactive browser use. If you have a specific use case requiring programmatic access, email us — we're tracking demand for a future API offering.
